Broken lid

I’ve bought two of these bottles, the bottle that I got is amazing it keeps things cold very long and is convenient, this specific one that was for my fiance, just doesn’t insulate as well as the cup that I got. And we’ve realised this over time, we’ve even tested this by putting the same amount of ice and water in each bottle, mine nearly lasts twice as long and we have no idea why. And her cup which is this bottle gets super cold when ice water is put in it. So all the cold is being released to the outside meanwhile my bottles is just almost warm even to the touch. I don’t know how this could be, they are different colors but that shouldn’t matter, super disappointing because the bottle is supposed to be insulated and if it only keeps ice from melting for 5-6 hours it’s kind of useless.

Received product 4/2025 with dents, dirty outside and water marks on inside. Looks like I received my “new” water bottle Used.

I lost my first Owala bottle on spring break so I ordered this Denim color. To save money, I decided to buy ”used” on Amazon (marked as like new) I was expecting a ding or scratch. It arrived with the lid completely disassembled including the spring mechanism to close the lid. Thankfully my husband was able to put it together so it works like it should as the lid is what makes this different from other bottles.

Great Lid on Bottle if Assembled Correctly; know what you’re buying

My granddaughter & grandson went on & on about how great this Owala thermos is. They know how important it is for me to find a thermos that keeps my water very cold. I am so glad they talked me into buying an Owala thermos. Just a couple of days after trying the thermos I had to buy a second one. My granddaughter owns 5 of them. I LOVE MY OWALA THERMOS. Also, check out the OWALA BOTTLE BRUSH! It is expensive, but after receiving it and using it, I will NEVER BUY ANY OTHER BRAND BUT THE OWALA BOTTLE BRUSH.
